Glycerine

Glycerin is a 3-factor alcohol, a clear, colorless, odorless, and sweet liquid. Glycerol dissolves in any proportion in ethanol and water.

Application: as a hygroscopic material or moisture absorber / alternative to fat and as filler in different products such as cakes and cookies / cake texture softener.
